Website and data controller
This website is run by Rafael Montero Muñoz, who is the controller of the data collected through it. Contact: rafael.montero.munoz@gmail.com or the website's contact form.
What data is collected and why
- Contact and quote forms: name, email and, optionally, company, phone and whatever you write. It is used only to respond to your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal.
- AI assistant: the messages you type in the chat are sent to Google (Gemini) to generate the answer. Conversations are not stored on this website. Please don't enter personal or confidential information in the chat.
- Abuse protection: to limit the number of questions to the assistant, an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address is kept for 24 hours. It cannot be used to identify you.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, and taking pre-contractual steps when you request a quote. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a professional relationship follows, for the periods required by law.
Who else processes the data
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling). It may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards set out in the GDPR.
- Google (AI assistant and Google Fonts typefaces). While the assistant uses the free tier of Gemini, Google may use the messages sent to improve its products.
Data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection to, restriction of or portability of your data by writing to rafael.montero.munoz@gmail.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
